Fitness has been a central part of my life for nearly two decades. Now that I am in my late 40's and I reflect on my personal fitness journey, I often wonder how different things might have been if I had started even earlier.
While I’m deeply committed to health and fitness for all, my passion lies in helping those feeling trapped or overwhelmed by weight gain, offering guidance and support on their journey to a healthier lifestyle. Additionally, I specialize in assisting modern adults (50+ years of age) with flexibility, balance, and strength, helping them achieve their fitness goals in a safe and effective way.
I believe that fitness is not just about physical transformations but also about mental well-being.
Through my studies with the National Academy for Sports Medicine and the International Sports Science Association, I bring nearly two decades of knowledge and experience in fitness and nutrition. I strive to create a unique fitness experience and supportive community that empowers individuals to embrace their unique journey and am committed to helping people become the best version of themselves.
Hey everyone! I'm Lydia. My fitness journey began in 2016, during a challenging time of my life, when an unexpected illness took an emotional and physical toll on me. I no longer recognized myself in the mirror and lost the confidence I once had. I discovered fitness and soon found the strength that was within me all along. This strength helped me feel as though I was rediscovering that self confidence and reclaiming the control of my body.
Then...A small event called the "Global Pandemic" took over the world. The loss of fitness opportunities and isolation lead me back to the same dark place of poor self esteem and poor nutrition choices.
As I overcame my personal struggles, I realized that true strength isn't just about physicality; it's about embracing our inner power, resilience, and self-love. I'm here to guide you on the transformative journey of tapping into your unique strengths and cultivating a deep appreciation for your mind, body, and spirit.

Sweat 60 is not a program but a one-on-one, 60 minute private personalized coaching session for individuals wanting to engage in a "workout only" customized exercise session.
