As passionate I am about fitness, its comes in a distance second to my family. I have a beautiful, wonderfully supportive wife who I fell in love with at none other than the gym. Hi, my name is Chelsea. I'm a former NPC bikini competitor, a wife, and a mother of twin boys. My passion for fitness began as a result of a significant life change. In short, my life was changing and it was time for me to make changes. I didn't feel good about myself and I wanted to start feeling good about me again.
At the encouragement of a friend, who was a fitness buff. I started working out with him. It didn't take long before I fell in love with fitness and consequently him as well.
It was then that I really saw my calling. I wanted to be able to help other women who are going through changes in their lives, fell good about themselves. So, in 2017 I enrolled with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) to become a personal trainer.

Virtual 247 is a Plan designed for those who want to engage in distance fitness and nutrition coaching from the comfort and privacy of their own homes. Engage in either live training sessions or work along with exercises from our archives. The Virtual is a plan that you can use any time and anywhere.
The Journey 30 Plan is a 4 week program that incorporates easy to follow, custom fitness and nutrition plans designed to get you started on, or to continue in your journey toward achieving the goals and results that you desire and deserve.
Sweat 60 is not a program but a one-on-one, 60 minute private personalized coaching session for individuals wanting to engage in a "workout only" customized exercise session.
