About Our Coaches

Brett Clark -Lead Coach

Fitness has been a large part of my life over the last 15 years and now as I'm in my mid-40's, I can't help but look back and say "What if I could have started in my 20's"


As passionate I am about fitness, its comes in a distance second to my family. I have a beautiful, wonderfully supportive wife who I fell in love with at none other than the gym. We work together as a great team to help each other out, provide support, and help to encourage one another through our different fitness journeys over the years. 


My goals for all of my clients are not only to help match their vision of themselves to the reflection of themselves but to have created a feasible, sustainable lifestyle to be able to enjoy that reflection for many years to come. 


There are few things in this occupation more rewarding than when a client begins to see the reflection of their own visions and the client can not  believe that they are accomplishing what they've only dreamed.


Through my studies in personal training, sports nutrition, and online coaching with ISSA as well as independent studies and a combination of personal and professional experiences, I'm confident that we can work together on achieving a reflection and a lifestyle to last a lifetime.

Chelsea Clark - Fitness Coach

Hi, my name is Chelsea. I'm a former NPC bikini competitor, a wife, and a mother of  twin boys. My passion for fitness began as a result of a significant life change. In short, my life was changing and it was time for me to make changes.  I didn't feel good about myself and I wanted to start feeling good about me again. 


At the encouragement of a friend, who was a fitness buff.  I started working out with him. It didn't take long before I fell in love with fitness and consequently him as well.


It was then that I really saw my calling. I wanted to be able to help other women who are going through changes in their lives, fell good about themselves. So, in 2017 I enrolled with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) to become a personal trainer. 


It's our dream come true for my husband and myself, to be working side-by-side helping others transform their lives. There is no greater reward to us then when a client smiles at their own reflection. 


Through our education, personal experiences, and profession we created exercise and nutrition philosophies which allow us to build custom programs for our clients. Designed to not only be fun and rewarding but more of all...sustainable.  


I know our lives can be busy and demanding of us. I want to be able to help you feel comfortable in giving 23 hours for your family BUT leaving one hour for yourself. Let's work together!

Vision 360 Plan

The Vision 360 Plan incorporates specialized, private, personalized one-on-one training and weekly exercise programs designed to coach you through your fitness goals. The Vision 360 Plan brings fitness full circle to not only build toward your vision but to maximize results and help create a consistent, sustainable lifestyle

Lifestyle 180 Plan

The Lifestyle 180 Plan encompasses exercise, education, and encouragement through bi-monthly individual workouts designed to help you maximize your success. The Lifestyle 180 Plan helps to turn you around in the right direction toward achieving your ideal successes.

Virtual 247 Plan

Virtual 247 is a  Plan designed for those who want to engage in distance fitness coaching from the comfort and privacy of their own homes. Engage in either live training sessions or work along with exercises from our archives. The Virtual is a plan that you can use any time and anywhere. 

Journey 30 Fitness Plan

The Journey 30 Plan is a 4 week program that incorporates easy to follow, custom fitness plans designed to get you started on, or to continue in your journey toward achieving the goals and results that you desire and deserve. 

Journey 30 Nutrition Plan

Good meal planning is vital in creating an overall healthy lifestyle. It is key to fat loss, lean muscle gain, and toning. The Journey 30 Meal Plan is a 4 week program that provides custom meal plans that incorporates simple, easy to follow food prepping, with nutrient rich foods.  Designed to give you nutrients you need for energy and concentration, so that you can focus on your journey. 

Sweat 60

Sweat 60 is not a program but a one-on-one, 60 minute private personalized coaching session for individuals wanting to engage in a "workout only" customized exercise session.
