Fitness has been a central part of my life for nearly two decades. Now that I’m in my late 40s and reflect on my personal fitness journey, I often wonder how different things might have been if I had started even earlier.
While I’m deeply committed to health, strength training, and personal fitness coaching, my passion lies in helping people who feel trapped by weight gain take back control of their health. I offer personal training in Silverdale that provides guidance and support for those looking to build strength, confidence, and long-term health.
I also specialize in working with adults 50+, helping them improve flexibility, balance, and functional strength so they can move with confidence and maintain independence.
As a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Fitness and Power Expert, I help golfers increase mobility, strength, and power—allowing them to hit farther, play longer, and reduce their risk of injury.
I believe that fitness is more than just physical transformation—it’s about mental well-being, confidence, and longevity.
With nearly 20 years of experience in strength training, personal training, and nutrition, I’ve studied under the National Academy for Sports Medicine (NASM) and the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). My mission is to provide a unique personal training experience in a private, supportive gym environment, helping every individual become the strongest version of themselves.
Hey everyone! I'm Lydia. My fitness journey began in 2016, during a challenging time of my life, when an unexpected illness took an emotional and physical toll on me. I no longer recognized myself in the mirror and lost the confidence I once had. I discovered fitness and soon found the strength that was within me all along. This strength helped me feel as though I was rediscovering that self confidence and reclaiming the control of my body.
Then...A small event called the "Global Pandemic" took over the world. The loss of fitness opportunities and isolation lead me back to the same dark place of poor self esteem and poor nutrition choices.
As I overcame my personal struggles, I realized that true strength isn't just about physicality; it's about embracing our inner power, resilience, and self-love. I'm here to guide you on the transformative journey of tapping into your unique strengths and cultivating a deep appreciation for your mind, body, and spirit.
My commitment to empowering women, like yourself, is at the heart of everything I do.
